Claire Lemons, DVM

Claire Lemons was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and traveled to Oregon State University to complete her DVM degree. Following graduation, she moved to Texarkana, Texas and began her career in small animal general practice. She spent three years in Texarkana seeing a variety of dogs and cats, as well as the occasional rabbit, practicing both preventative and emergency medicine.After meeting her husband in Texarkana, they decided to make the move to the big city of Dallas. Here in DFW, she has spent the last couple of years in several positions including clinical research, specialty care, and general practice. She is excited to continue to learn and grow with VSNT.
Dr. Lemons enjoys spending her time away from work with her toddler and husband as well as her two energetic dogs, Luca and Harrmin. She can be found most mornings going for a quick run before work and she enjoys winding down the day with a good novel.
